How do I generate a PDF of a permit?

The permits on SiteAssist all have a PDF version that can be downloaded from the platform. 🗃️

To generate a PDF of a permit on the mobile application, you will need to:

1. Log into the SiteAssist application

2. Tap the permit you wish to generate a PDF for

3. Tap the 'Actions' button at the bottom

4. Tap 'Generate Permit PDF'

Your device will now show your PDF and it will be saved as a document on your devices download folder (or the location you have selected for your downloads to save to)

To generate a PDF of a permit on the web application, you will need to:

1. Log into the web application

2. Click 'Projects'

3. Select your project

4a. Once you have selected your project, click 'Permits' to be taken to the permits page

4b. Click the permit that you wish to generate a PDF for

5. Click 'Actions'

6a. Click 'Download Permit'

6b. Your device will then allow you to save a PDF of your selected permit. You can change the file name (if required) and specify where you would like the permit to be saved before actually saving it.

Once your PDF has been saved, you can then go to the location where it has been saved and can double-click it to open it.
