You can change your details on both the mobile app and the web platform by following the steps detailed in this article.
It is also possible to change your email address, but this can only be done by a member of the SiteAssist team.
Changing your details on the mobile/ tablet app
1. Log into the SiteAssist App
2. From the home screen, tap on Profile (in the bottom-right corner)
3. Tap edit to change your profile settings. You can change :
First name;
Last name;
Company name
Contact number; and
Signature
4. You can tap here to see the projects you have been added to and what your role is for each of those projects
5. You can tap here to check to see if there are any updates
6. You can tap here to Log out.
Changing your details on the web app
1. Log into SiteAssist via app.siteassist.co
2. Click your name at the top-right-hand side of the screen
3. Here, you can click on each of the boxes to change your:
First Name
Last Name
Company; and
Telephone number
4a. at the bottom, you can also change your signature. You do this by first clicking 'Edit'. You can then draw in your new signature before clicking 'Update'
