Why can't I take a picture to upload it to a permit?

This article will outline what to do if your camera does not launch when you need to take and upload a live image

When you need to take a picture on your mobile or tablet to answer a question on our app, your device may not launch your camera.

If this occurs, it is likely due to your devices' permissions. You will need to change these in order to allow the Site Assist application to access your camera. 📷
