When you click on a project, you will be able to see a dashboard that shows all of the permits that have ever been created for that project and all of the permits that are currently in the below statuses/ stages:
Awaiting Approval
Open
Extensions Requested
Expired
Post Permit Checks
Final Sign Off
It is possible to also view a dashboard that shows the combined information for multiple projects.
So how do I see a dashboard that shows the combined permit information for multiple projects?
You will need to log in via the web platform. This will log you straight into the organisation 'Dashboard' page. Once logged in, you will see a dashboard that shows you the amalgamated amount of permits for each status for all of the projects that you have access to.
You can add filters to the information shown. The filters available are:
Projects: This will allow you to select the project(s) that you wish to see the dashboard information for; and
Permit Template: This will allow you to select the permit types that you wish to see the dashboard information for.
To add these filters, you will need to:
1a. Click the 'Projects' filter to change the project(s) that you have selected
1b. Click the 'Permit Template' filter to change the permit template(s) that you have selected
1c. The information shown on this page will be dictated by the filter(s) that have been applied. By default, all of the Projects that you have access to and their respective Permit Templates will be shown.
