How do I turn on/off notifications?

You are able to change your notification settings on the SiteAssist Web platform in order to only get notifications for permits and/ or projects that concern you.

Only Project Admins and Permit Approvers are able to change their notification settings and can do so by following the below. 🔔

To change your notification settings you must:

1. Log into the platform and click your name at the top-right hand side of the screen

2. Click Notifications

3a. Select the project you wish to edit the notifications for

3b. *Click the switch next to each permit type to turn the notifications for the corresponding permit type on or off.

*Note: this will turn off both mobile/ tablet notifications and email notifications.
