Ability to identify duplicated Images!

When a permit is created, you can now see if any of the images that were uploaded to any of its questions were used on previously created permits.

Note: this is only available on the web application

A warning will now show on a permit that will identify if any of the images uploaded to that permit are duplicates from previously used permits.

You can now see a warning chip at the top that identifies if any duplicated images were used for this permit.

Clicking on a duplicated images warning or the warning chip will show a list of all of the images that are duplicates and all of the permits that this image has been duplicated from.

Clicking a permit in this list will show you the original permit.

Note: This is currently only available on the web application.
